Hi, I'm Emmanuel. I run Elixir from Melbourne, and I'm the one who plans your flows, writes your emails and checks every design before you see it.

I started the studio on one belief: the inbox deserves the same care as your product page. So nothing here starts from a template. We get to know your products, plan what each email has to do, and design it to look like your brand. Then we build it in your account so it keeps working when we're gone.

We stay small on purpose. A few brands at a time means your emails get proper attention, and you always know what's happening.

The details.

What services do you offer?

We offer two services: custom flow builds and monthly campaign management. A flow build is a one-time project. We write, design and build every email your store should send on its own, like your welcome, cart reminders and win-back. Campaign management is ongoing. We plan, write, design and send 10-12 emails a month to your list. You can take one, or both.

Who is this for?

DTC ecommerce founders who know their emails are lacking. Maybe your flows are old or half-built. Maybe your list only hears from you at sale time. Or maybe your emails just don't look as good as the rest of your brand. We only work with brands doing over $50,000 USD a month, so we know our work will pay for itself.

Will the emails look and sound like my brand?

Yes. Nothing starts from a template. We work closely with you at the start to nail down your brand voice and design one look for your emails. Every email after that follows it. And nothing goes out until you're happy with it.

How much of my time does it take?

Very little. There's one kick-off call to get started. After that, you just approve the emails as they're ready, in a shared chat, whenever it suits you. We do the planning, the writing, the design and the build.

How long until it's live?

Your first campaigns launch 7 days after the kick-off call. For flow builds, we guarantee every flow is live within 90 days, and you won't wait that long to see something. Flows go live one at a time, starting with your pop-up and welcome emails. Every email is custom designed, not dropped into a template, and that takes a little longer to do properly. If we miss the 90 days, we keep working for free and refund your final payment.

How quickly will I see results?

Campaigns start going out 7 days after the kick-off call, so you'll see opens, clicks and sales from them in your first month. Flows start working the day each one goes live, and your pop-up and welcome emails go live first. We don't promise a sales number, because that depends on your products, your list and your offers. But your reports show what every email made.

What does it cost?

Each service has one set price, so you always know what to expect. A flow build is one project fee, split into payments. Campaign management is a flat monthly fee, month to month, with no long-term contract. We share both prices on the call, once we know it's a fit.

Am I locked in?

No. We'd rather keep you because the emails are good. A flow build is a one-time project with a clear end, plus 30 days of support after. Campaign management runs month to month, and either side can end it with 14 days' notice. Everything is built in your account, so you keep it all.
